Training with Young&Active will be directed with the skills & knowledge to design a safe program of exercises that will consider your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels & medical history.



How do I pay for my training sessions?

Training sessions are booked online only. Any accommodations for payment arrangement must be arranged prior to booking a session.

Can I train at my home gym?

Yes! Y&A has is more than happy to train at your location. In-Home workouts and personal gym sessions are subject to price difference. Payments and location arrangements must be coordinated before booking your training session.

Do you provide meal plans?

Meal plans are not provided to clients. Nutritional recommendation dependent on individual goals will be discussed.

How many sessions can I book in advance

Sessions can be booked at any time within business hours. Package deals will allow you to reserve more than one session after purchase.

What is you cancellation & late policy

Late Policy:

30 minute notification prior to booked timeframe is required to be considered for extension or rescheduling.

Without prior authorization sessions cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.

Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full Session fee.

Sessions are non-refundable & non-transferable.
